There are lots of potent Glycolic Acid acne products that are available, over the counter. They are very powerful and potent on cystic acne. I personally love Reviva and MD Formulations, these two Glycolic Acid products always wipe out my cystic acne.
Products with Glycolic Acid come in a variety of strengths, so it is important to read your labels. For someone new to Glycolic Acid, you will want to begin with a lower dose, such as 2%-5%. Glycolic Acid STOPS the over production of sebum oil dead in it's tracks. You may already know that excess sebum oil is a big contributor to cystic acne.
Internally
OK, now that you know how to tackle cystic acne externally, I'm going to explain how to tackle your serious acne internally. Its just as important to tackle this acne from the inside.
This next tip is not only HIGHLY EFFECTIVE, but it is my number one acne go to product. You actually use it internally and externally and it's 100% natural.
