In patients with abnormal liver function and the patients with high-dose treatment, prior platinum drug therapy, or patients with non-small cell lung cancer, if docetaxel dose and irinotecan reaches to 100mg/m2, the incidence of treatment-related deaths will increase.

Docetaxel can only be used for intravenous infusion. All patients must receive oral glucocorticoids before the advanced docetaxel treatment, such as the dexamethasone. It should be taken the day before the docetaxel infusion. It is 16mg every day. And the time should be insisting for at least three days in order to prevent allergic reactions and body fluids retention. The recommended dose of docetaxel is 70-75mg/m2 with intravenous infusion for one hour. It is once every three weeks. According to the calculation of the medication amount of patients, we can use a syringe to draw the required dose and dilute it to 5% glucose injection or 0.9% sdium chloride injection.
