Eldeco Launching Magnolia Park In Noida

Eldeco Group is launching soon Eldeco aamantran phase II by the name of Magnolia Park in sector 119

, Noida. It is located in sector 119 Noida. There is a proposed metro link at walking distance from the project location. The location is already at advanced stage of development unlike other sector of noida and noida extension. Most of the sector roads and sector utilities like water, sewer etc are already in place. Site is easily accessible from fully inhabited sectors of noida and the last metro station which is just 5 minute away.

Magnolia Park Room sizes are spacious. All apartments have proper L shaped Dwg/dining room. All apartments have wide sit out balconies as well as utility balcony attached to have kitchen. There are only 4 apartments per floor ( other project have 6, or 8 or even more). Apartments are not looking into each other and proper consideration has been given to maintaining privacy.there are 3 high speed lift in each tower. Eldeco Magnolia Park (EMP) will over look this park. An idea of the view from the proposed EMP towers can be had by climbing the Aamantran tower and looking at the central park view. The company has applied to the authority for adoption and maintenance of this park. In the past the company has adopted and beatified green belts and parks aourn EGVA, EGM and Ananda.

Eldeco Magnolia Park is part of the Aamantran Complex 6 towers of which are already under advanced stage of construction. Aamantran Phase I is likely to be mostly occupied by the time EMP is offered fro possession. The club construction in the complex is to start by Nov 2010 and finished by Sept 2011. Most of aamantran has be bought by end-users as against investor in other project have beautiful landscaped greens inside. Power backup, reserved parking, cctv security, access card operated main gate, intercom, club with all facilities are other features. Amongst sports facilities, there will be tennis, badmint, table tennis, squash, cricket pitch, billiards, swimming etc.
