Electronic Cigarette - A Safer Way Of Smoking
An electronic cigarette is a nicotine smoking device which provides an
alternative to regular cigarettes.
E-cigarette does not contain thousands of unwanted, unnecessary chemicals
which are formed in the process of burning of a regular cigarette.
Although the use of an e- cigarette does not involve combustion at all,
electronic smoking feels like you are smoking an ordinary cigarette.
Most electronic cigarettes contain both reusable and replaceable parts. Some
electronic cigarettes are completely disposable. The shape of electronic
cigarettes may vary but they all usually consist of the same components: a
mouthpiece or cartridge, a rechargeable battery and a heating element
(atomizer).
Some models of e-cigarettes are switched on manually by pressing a button.
In automatic models, when a user inhales through the cigarette, air flow is
detected by a sensor, which turns on the atomizer that vaporizes the
nicotine solution stored in the cartridge.
The cartridge is a small disposable plastic piece attached to the end of an
e-cigarette.
Inside of the cartridge there is an absorbent which holds the nicotine
solution, called sometimes "e-juice" or "e-liquid". The air can flow freely
round the absorbent material so that the vapor of nicotine could be inhaled
by the user.
The heating element or "atomizer" serves to vaporize the nicotine solution
in the cartridge.
Advanced 2-piece cigarettes combine cartridge and atomizer together and they
have some advantages over the 3-piece cigarette design.

No worries about a dirty, clogged atomizer - each cartridge comes with
a fresh and clean atomizer built in; no worries about drops of liquid
nicotine solution or placing small cartridges inside the filter;

experience every time that produces more smoke volume.
Nicotine solution is sold separately for use in refillable cartridges and
usually contains some amount of flavor, with dozens of different flavors
available.
Which nicotine level should you choose?
The American made e-cigarettes are available in 0mg, 11mg, 18mg, and 24mg.
The imported e-cigarettes are available in 0mg, 11mg, and 16mg. If you smoke
over a pack per day , you should use the 16mg, 18mg, or 24 mg. If you are an
occasional smoker, go for the 11mg. If you do not want
the nicotine at all, you should try the 0mg.
The health effects of e-cigarettes haven't been studied thoroughly yet.
While nicotine has not been shown to cause cancer, it is still a strong
poison in large doses. In smaller doses it makes harder for the heart to
pump through arteries. Nicotine is still dangerous to an unborn child.
Women using nicotine patches during the early stages of pregnancy may give
birth to children with birth defects.
Whether you like the estimation of this product or not, it is still your own
discretion. Like other things, electronic cigarettes have good sides and I
believe, it will benefit a lot of people in years to come.
