When someone feels the urge to smoke one has to put the mouthpiece in his mouth and inhale as he would do in a regular cigarette. The sensor located in the mouthpiece would connect with the vaporizer which would then release a percentage of the nicotine solution. This gives the feel of an original cigarette. These electronic cigarettes come with rechargeable batteries as well. Some of electronic cigarette are also disposable.

The option of an electronic is probably better than smoking a regular cigarette. From time immemorial, it has been proven that tobacco or nicotine consumption is extremely harmful for one health. So often do we see the warning that cigarette smoking is injurious to health, but that simply doesnt bother us? It just remains a line in print and fails to have the desired effect of a warning. Nicotine intake increases the chances of heart diseases and pulmonary disease. It constricts the arteries in the heart thereby making it more difficult for the heart to function and pump blood. It also increases hypertension and increases the potential of having cancer. With so much negative effects one is rightfully advised to reduce the nicotine intake in the body.

Electronic cigarettes help in reducing the problem. The nicotine solution that is discharged on inhalation is way lower than one that is discharged of a regular cigarette. This definitely helps in controlling and reducing the amount of nicotine inhaled by the body. At the same time it satisfies the need to be able to physically hold something in your hand which looks and gives the feel for a cigarette.
