4. Reports and statistics

Want to see if your email marketing strategies are actually working? Your email marketing company should have a tracking feature that lets you see exactly what is happening when you send an email. Companies offer a variety of reports, such as open-rates, link clicks and delivery statistics.

5. Support

Need help crafting, sending or tracking your email marketing campaign? Make sure that you have contact with the people who know how the program works when you need it. Many companies offer around-the-clock support via online chats, phone calls, FAQs or webinars.

6.Your Business's Needs

Not all businesses have the same goals or needs, so email marketing companies offer different editions. For example, if you are a non-profit business, some companies will offer discounted rates. If youre a small business, you probably wont need the same features, send credits or tracking as a multi-national corporation.
