Yes, you can help someone slow and sometimes even completely stop their bleeding, using just words.
Before I explain this simple language, let me first emphasize some critical points of safety.
First Unless you are a licensed medical technician of some kind, NEVER try to act like one!
The number one most important thing to do in any emergency is to call 911 first.
Second When help arrives Get Out Of Their Way and let them do what theyve been trained in and you havent.

OK, now that weve gotten all of that out of the way, heres all that you need to know. You need to know that bleeding actually serves a purpose. Part of that purpose is to help cleanse a wound.
Therefore, the specific words you want to use if/when you ever come across a situation where an individual has lost and or is losing a lot of blood is Once your wound has cleansed itself properly, You can stop your bleeding and save your blood.
When you say this, you want to say it very directly.
I remember once when I was having oral surgery involving the removal of all 4 of my wisdom teeth and one impacted tooth as well. I simply asked a colleague of mine who was assisting me through the surgery with hypnosis to tell me very directly to stop my blood during points that I would inevitably start to bleed, and sure enough, just like a light switch, I stopped my bleeding. The oral surgeon later told me that he had never seen anything like that. It was instantaneous!
Now, mind you My colleague didnt mention anything about allowing my own blood to cleanse the area, simply because the oral surgeon was taking care of that part so it wasnt at all necessary, but under most emergency situations its very important to mention. So again, the exact wording is Once your wound has cleansed itself properly, You can stop your bleeding and save your blood.
