By setting up an account online, as well, you will be able to have access to the iTunes store and all of the music, videos, podcasts, and books that can be downloaded.

Getting Your Music

You can get music from a variety of different sources. You can download from the iTunes Store. You can also burn them from the CDs you have. Any other MP3s that you have downloaded or uploaded from any other source can also be added to your music library so that you will have access to it. It is important to be careful with the origin of the music that you have because you don't want to add anything to your computer that will put you or your computer at risk.

Listening To Your Music

Once you have your music on your computer and have it sorted, you will be able to start listening to it. This is something you will be able to do directly through your computer if you prefer. You can also use AppleTV so that you will be able to stream your music directly through your television or other devices that might be hooked up to it. Of course, you can also sync your account to your iPod, iPhone, or iPad so that you will be able to listen through these devices too.
