The term Aseptic is derivative from the Greek work septicos which means the absence of putrefactive microorganisms
. It means sterilization packaging that prevents bacterial contamination in food products. Aseptic is the best packaging solutions which is commonly used to describe food processing and packaging techniques for unpreserved storage or products in longer durability. In general, there are two particular fields in aseptic packaging technology that mainly focuses on packaging materials for best packaging solutions.
We provide packaging of sterile and pre- sterilized products that include dairy and milk products, desserts, puddings, soups, fruits and vegetable juices, sauces, and products with particulates.

The process of sterilization in (HTST) high-temperature-short time for aseptic packaging is efficient and is usually used to produce high quality and nutritive value products as compared to products that are processed at lower temperatures for a longer period of time.
Using aseptic packaging technology will increase the shelf life of products at normal temperatures.
Apart from the basic advantages, the additional advantages are the HTST process that operates less energy through heat exchangers as a part of the heating process using aseptic technology. The aseptic technology is a continuous process functioned by few operators.
The aseptic processing method comprises:
Sterilization of the products before filling.
Sterilization of containers or packaging materials before filling.
Sterilization of aseptic installations before operation (Lines for products, UHT unit, sterile air and gases, filler and relevant machine zones) of conventional process flow.
Maintaining flexibility in this total system during operation for sterilization of all media entering the system, like gases, air, and sterile water.
Production of airtight packages.
The products are sterilized using ultra-high temperature by sterilizing and heating the product for about 1-2 seconds, at a temperature exceeding not more than 135C (275F). This temperature is required to kill germs in the product. Heating and cooling should be performed promptly to gain the best quality product.
The process of filling starts once the product is brought to the sterilization temperature through a holding tube. The holding tube provides the required time at the sterilization temperature. The filling process is designed to ensure that the fastest moving product through holding tube receives the right temperature and is adequate for sterilization.
Tight seals and closures are required to avoid re-contamination of the product. The production unit should ensure satisfactory seam quality to prevent damage of the packaging material.
