For the majority of people their Wedding Day is the happiest day of their lives

. There is always a lot to plan, even small weddings can take months to organise and arrange. There are the essentials, such as the venue and guest list, but there also those other things that are important and that can be overlooked when the pressure is on and time is running out.

Most brides will be concerned wholly on how they look on their big day. The dress is usually the foundation of the look, but of course a great dress can be easily overshadowed if the hair and make-up aren't quite right. Fortunately there are now techniques available that can at least ensure your make-up will be of a high standard on your wedding day.

Permanent make-up is growing in popularity as when it is applied by a professional it results in make-up that not only looks like it has been applied by a professional make-up artist, but this professional look will last for your wedding day and beyond. Stars and celebrities have long been advocates of permanent make-up treatments, especially those that are photographed a lot; it certainly nullifies the chance of being caught without your make-up when slipping out for a pint of milk!

As far as weddings are concerned, permanent make-up is now becoming popular for both brides and grooms. If you have a scar that has always bothered you, or maybe you're eyebrows aren't as full as they used to be and you're worried about your wedding photographs, then a permanent treatment could be the perfect solution. The semi-permanent make-up treatment can also be a great excuse to get together with your nearest and dearest before the big day. It's not unusual for potential brides to take their mothers and soon to be mother-in-law with them, it can be a nice informal way to get together and involve them in the wedding preparations.

Most people have more than enough things to think about on their wedding day so any opportunity to prepare is usually welcomed with open arms. One of the best things about permanent make-up is of course that it will still be there throughout your honeymoon and then after as well! Unlike the wedding cake or flowers!
