EQ Labs, Inc. (Pink:EQLB) previously announced that it has begun the process of ultimately becoming a SEC fully reporting company. This has allowed the company to improve its status by one complete disclosure level on Pink Sheets.

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO) announced that it has withdrawn and will refile its notification and report forms filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in order to provide the FTC additional time to review the Company's proposal to acquire Coca-Cola Enterprises' (CCE) North American bottling business. In addition, the Company announced that it has withdrawn and will refile its required notification with the relevant competition authorities in Canada.

KO originally filed its required notifications with the FTC and Canadian competition authorities on June 30. Following discussions with the respective staffs of the U.S. and Canadian competition authorities, the Company withdrew its notifications and report forms today and will refile them on Aug. 2, in order to allow more time for each agency to review the proposed transaction.
