The chair should have good back support. Be adjustable so your thighs are supported and feet rest comfortably on the ground. Tilt backward, but not to easily. The height and depth should be adjustable. The chair should be well padded for extra support. The armrests should be comfortable for ones arms, allowing the shoulders to relax, and focus should be placed on the lumbar region of the chair, to support the spinal curve of ones back.
