Ernest Jones is a fantastic Jewellery Shop. I've often seen them in shopping centres and as I didn't need to go into a jewellery shop never thought anything more about the company. Last year my now husband proposed to me. He spent loads of time designing the ring and having it in scripted. The only problem was that he must have thought I had very fat finger, the ring was so big that it just fell straight off my finger. I had to put a plaster around the back of the ring to help it fit slightly better. As the jeweller he used was a good three hour drive away and I couldn't get the ring altered for some time I decided to go to the local town centre to get a ring clip to help keep it on my finger for the short duration of time that I couldn't get to the jewellers.
I went into several jeweller and found people very unhelpful and almostrude, in a strop I decided that I wouldn't give any of them my service as they didn't deserve it. In a last attempt my husband went into Ernest Jones to ask one last jeweller. It was successes not only were they so helpful but they had exactly what I wanted. We were so pleased with their service that we went back there for our wedding rings.
I would recommend that people use Ernest Jones. Not only do they only specialise in diamonds and watches so that you know their products are of high quality but they have fantastic customer service.
