1. First of all connect the network camera's to the computer using the Ethernet cable. The Ethernet port on the camera is located at backside. In laptop's, the port will is generally found on the side of the keyboard. 2. Next step is to switch on the computer and run the installation software which comes on a disc with the camera.
3. A menu will pop up prompting you to enter the camera's IP address.
4. Enter the camera's IP address found on camera's packaging, in its owner's manual or on camera label.
5. Once completed it may further ask for camera's manufacturer. Click "FINISH" on the menu after that.
6. Finally, place your camera's in the area you wish to remotely monitor. You may need a long Ethernet cable for this, as the camera's must always be connected to the Internet via a computer or router. Alternatively, you can purchase a wireless adapter and simply connect transmitter to the camera and a receiver to the computer.
Turn on the Security Cameras to browse camera images from anywhere in the world by entering the camera's IP address into a web browser's address bar.
