Use the previous instructions to create one more splitter so you eventually have two splitters. Plug one splitter to the RJ45 wall plate and join the two PC's to the splitter. Now connect the other splitter to the patch plate and put two patch cables from the splitter to two free Ethernet cables from the switch.
