If you're reading this then you have unfortunately and probably have just experienced a break up. If you have, then you are most likely trying to find an answer to "how can I get my ex back?" Nearly every adult who has ever been in a relationship has experienced some kind of break up at one point in their lives, and some find that when this happens it's usually easier just to try to move on rather than try to get their ex back. But if you are tired of playing the victim in the relationship or if you feel that this person may be "the one," then there are some options you can follow. Another thing to keep in mind is that the break up could have occurred either because of a single event, or from behaviors that your ex decided that he or she couldn't stand up with anymore. If there were a lot, try to write down the list of the mistakes that you may have done. This is important because it will allow you to easily pick out specific problems and you and your partner will be able to deal with a similar situation better if it should ever arise again. So, you can get your ex back if you know how, but if you want it to last, then you need to fix the mistakes.
Step 2. Stay strong. And I don't mean go to the gym or run a few laps around the track (although keeping yourself healthy is also important). What I really mean is, don't let your ex ever feel like you are needy. Let them see that you can do just fine on your own. If you let them see that you're comfortable being single and are self confident, then you will stand a much better chance with getting back together with your ex.
Some people try to get back at their ex, or even try to make them feel jealous. This is definitely a strategy you want to stay far far away from. In fact, performing these kinds of actions are probably the worst thing you can do because it will relay the message to your ex that you have already begun to move on and that they should follow suit. You want your ex to see that you're doing just fine, you do not want to put into their mind that they should move on if your intention is to get back together. By letting your ex seeing how strong and confident you are, it will help remind them why they went out with you in the first place, and they will feel inspired to get back together with you.
Step 3. Start fresh. Once you have your ex interested again, it's time to reel them back in. Start fresh. Take them out on a date, or go for a walk on the beach. Do something that will allow you two to get to know each other again. But this time, keep the mistakes you made in the past in mind so you don't accidentally do them again.
