Pay special attention to air quality and temperature of the place chosen for exercise in order to control the exercise induced asthma symptoms
. Use your common sense. You may need to practice elsewhere, in a location with better air quality. If you plan to race outdoors when the weather is hot and humid and the smog is present, it is likely that air and exercise worsen your asthma signs. Try to run indoors in air-conditioned gym. If you run on grass and are allergic, your asthma symptoms may worsen. Try to run in the woods or in the paved runway.
