2.The other exercise is called Yoga. Its popular in the modern world. Many girls do Yoga with the purpose of losing weight. Yet it also has a good effect on eye prevention. It can lessen stresses, relieve fatigue, and strengthen eye muscles and so on. Close your eyes, and put your palms on each eye so as to warm them. When theyre warm enough, take hands away, but still with the eyes closed. Breath in and out airs deeply. Keep the head forward and whirl from left to right. At the meantime, shrug your shoulders and rotate them in turns. Stop if you have an ache. Repeat them after a small rest. At last, wink until secretion fills the eyepits. At the time of you feeling quite relaxed, it means your movement works. Another Yoga exercise is relatively easy. You just watch attentively at one thing and blink continuously.
