1. The cobra stretch

First on the list is what is known as the cobra stretch - begin lying face down, hands underneath your shoulders. What you will need to do is to lift up your spine as you point the way with your chin. Basically you are trying to raise up your back as far as you can, without causing pain, and then hold the position for about 30 seconds or so. Try doing this every morning and evening in order to see results.

2. Leg stretches


Another of these exercises to grow taller is to try leg stretches. In order to do these, you will need to be on the floor, sitting, and hold your legs wide apart. Then you will slowly reach for your toes, making sure you don't bend your knees. Keep the position for 20 seconds, then switch sides, remembering to stretch slowly.

3. V-stretches

This stretch is pretty simple altogether, you will begin the movement with your hands placed on your hips, standing. Bend to the front as much as you can without letting your knees bend, hold that position for 10 seconds. Slowly stand back up and then repeat, giving yourself about a minute in between stretches.

4. Wall stretches

These exercises to grow taller, and stretches, are designed to loosen your muscles as much as possible and get your body to stretch out. This is the goal with the wall stretch. You begin by standing up against a wall, then you will stand up on your tip toes, as you reach as high as possible. This movement can also be done as you lie on the floor, either on your back or stomach, and just reach out.

5. Try dolphin stretches

This is the last of the exercises, and many know it as the dolphin stretch. Begin by lying down face-first, hands by your side. Then you will gently lift your legs simultaneously to the most you can stretch, without causing pain, and then hold the position for about 10 seconds. Take a breather, and then repeat a number of times.
