Walking. Walking for 30 min. is a great exercise. If you wake up early in morning then please this do exercise. This will make you freshen up for the whole day. This is a very good exercise to bring new freshness in your body and to relax from the daily work pressure.

Avoid lift and use stairs. Use stairs for up and down. Avoid the use of lift as much as possible you can. This will keep you fit and increase the metabolism rate. This also helps in digestion of food which keeps you far away from many diseases.
