The Pont du Hassard rock formation is another highlight of the hike. A paved trail leading up the Chemin de la Vialate is available at the beginning stages of the journey. The hike later takes visitors along a dirt path leading through a beautiful forest.
Baou de Saint Jeannet
This hiking spot is a perfect option for hikers who are looking for an easier trek. The walking paths at this location are relatively flat and easy to navigate. Visitors have the opportunity to see a small castle once used by the Templers. Adventurous hikers can try climbing the limestone cliffs located near the trails. A plateau along the hike known as Le Clos de lEveque offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Col de Castillon/Mont Razet
Starting at the Col de Castillon parking lot near the Italian border, this hike eventually takes visitors up the side of Mont Razet. A series of entrenchments dug during World War II are still visible from the hiking trail. The hike also offers spectacular views of the commune of Menton and the Mediterranean Sea.
