When the human body is exposed to something that it thinks is harmful

, it tends to react against it. This immune reaction which is unnatural is known as an allergy. Most of these substances which the body reacts to are referred to as allergens. People should try as much as possible to stay away from allergens because of the effects that they bring to the body. Since when the body comes into contact with them, it reacts by producing a chemical substance known as histamine which is later released into the bloodstream so as to get rid of the allergen. This is referred to as allergic reaction and is sometimes fatal.

Perfume allergy is also experienced by some people. These people feel uncomfortable when they smell a certain scent. Depending on the person, some are allergic to all types of perfumes while others are sensitive to only some. Fresh and clean scents are better for people who are allergic to perfumes. When allergic people are exposed to perfumes that they are not supposed to, either knowingly or unknowingly, their bodies react by releasing histamine which will definitely lead to inflammation which might have adverse effects on the human body. Different people react differently when they experience any type of allergic reactions such as heavy breathing, irritation, stomach cramps, diarrhea, swellings on the body and anaphylaxis.

Animal hairs are also known to have some adverse effects on people with allergy. This is why some people, as much as they would like to keep pets like cats and dogs in their homes, cant due to health issues. These hairs have some proteins which mainly act as protective cover to the animals. But these proteins mostly end up triggering some respiratory allergies when people get into contact with them. Safeguard your health by staying away from animals and even though they are so good and interesting when kept at home, consider the state of your body first.

Pollen is one of the major substances that trigger allergic reactions. Most people who are allergic get affected when they are exposed to pollen. During the summer or the autumn spells when most of the flowers, trees and herbs are producing and releasing pollen in the air, many get affected and for this reason, people are advised to stay indoors and cut down all the plants near the house.

Molds are also not so good for the allergic people. When touched, they release spores into the air which are like the pollen. When such small things are badly exposed to the body reacts vigorously thus putting a persons life at some risk. The house should be frequently checked upon to eradicate any mold growth. Latex rubber also contains some proteins which are very dangerous when exposed to people with allergy. But manufactures are trying as much as possible to come up with latex free equipment to make them useful to everyone. Protect your body and stay away from all the things that might trigger allergic reactions in it.
