Both the semi rimed frames and the completely rimless frames have two hinges for holding the frames to the ears and a nose bridge to give support to the lenses and frames. The semi rimed frames have the frames on the top half of the eyeglasses, whereas the completely rimless frames have just the hinges, lenses and the nose bridge. A thin transparent wire is fit in the below half of the semi rimed frames and it is completely fit in the rimless frames. This wire is to support the lenses and attach them to the frames and the frames are generally made up of thin metals.

Memory Eyeglass Frames

Memory metals are frequently used nowadays. These metals are extremely strong and highly flexible. One can bend them to any extent and they will retract back to their original shape. The memory metals are frequently used to make the frames of the rimless glasses.
