At first your sight may have blurry eyesight, but as your eyes start to adjust to life without your glasses, things will become clearer. When things start to get out of focus, then rest your eyes. You may be surprised at how much clearer things can be.
Using glasses and contact lenses can make us rely on them, allowing the eyes to become lazy, instead of using them. Therefore, each time we reach for our glasses, we are getting into a bad habit. They are just disguising the real issue of why our vision has got worse. If we focus on the real problem, and that is reducing mental strain by performing some relaxation techniques, as well as some eyesight exercises, then you may be able to throw your eyesight glasses away.
