Got questions about internet marketing? Here are some answers to some of the most frequent.
1. Is it really possible to make six figures in a few short weeks?
Theoretically yes but realistically no. Usually what happens when you read about someone trying a new strategy or launching a new product that makes them a container ship full of cash is they are already an established marketer with and established customer base so they will have already had a previous relationship with them making it easy for them to make a lot of money. So while they're not lying, they're not telling you the whole truth.
2. What should I promote?
Anything you want! There's a vast amount of stuff you can promote. But first there are some guidelines for that and they are:
Is it ethical and legal? First and foremost. Don't promote anything that could get you sued or put in jail. The money will just go to your lawyer. It's too easy to make money legally without the added stress of worrying about the police knocking down your door.
Is it profitable? There's no point adding money to your expense column if it doesn't make you more money than it costs. This will in all likelihood be the case when you're starting out which willbe answered in the next question.
Is it something you enjoy? List all your hobbies and things you're passionate about and you'll be sure to find a program or product you can believe in and promote.
3. How much should I pay to get into it?
Nothingand very little! That's right. Most affiliate programs are free to sign for, that's the nothing part. The very little part isthere will be some costs for domain registration, hosting and some training. Make sure though to not break your budget as when you're starting out you won't become a millionaire in a few short weeks.
