Many National Parks are located in this region so it's easy to find somewhere to go hiking. The sightseeing here is amazing, all of your senses will be touched with the waterfalls, jagged cliffs, tropical rainforests and beautiful blue waters.

The typical tourist attraction is what thrills some folks when they're on vacation and this area has some great amusement parks to satisfy that need. If you want to play in a wave pool or ride a coaster you'll have fun at the Amusement Parks at Sunshine Beach, they have lots of choices. If more adult activities are attractive to you then you'll really enjoy the nightlife available. Many of the clubs stay open late with great music, Aussies love to have a good party so come on in!

There are tours of every kind here, the natives make a very good living leading these tours. There are tours by motorcycle, four wheeler and boat, you'll be able to see the Outback in whatever manner you wish and listen to the history and learn about the region.
