You can then go to a particular area of your profile that you wish to hide from this certain person. Click on the drop-down box and select 'customize' - you can then enter in the name of the person you wish to hide the information on and click 'save setting'.

You will then be able to double check what this person will be able to see by clicking on 'Preview my Profile'. Simply enter their name and you will be shown exactly what they will be able to see if they go to view your profile on Facebook.

As you can see, it is simple to create a Facebook limited profile. By adjusting the settings for an individual in your privacy settings, you can have complete control over who can see all of the information on your profile and who is limited to only some of the information.
