Bob's stepfather served in the US Army for around 23 years and for this reasons

, their family had to shift to another place after every 18 months on average. This caused Bob to keep on changing schools, he attended schools in Oklahoma, Utah, Arizona Wyoming and Germany. In year 1976, Bob graduated high school from the Broken Arrow School System and then moved to Sheridan, Wyoming to attend college. After a short period, he came back to Broken Arrow to marry Dana Townsend; a 33 years old woman who lived all her life in Broken Arrow.

In 1980, Customer Services was founded by Bob and his wife Dana who focused on providing excellent heating and air conditioning services. Custom Services, with its unparallel service provision and best energy management system, has earned a prestigious name in a short span of time. Some of the customers being served by them are Broken Arrow School System, RDS Manufacturing, and Victoria Christian Center, City of Broken Arrow. Bob's knowledge about heating and energy management is so recognized that he was appointed as an advisor on Tulsa Technology Air Conditioning board where he served for 3 years.

Bob is a kind gentleman who served for 7 years in Big Brothers Big Sisters where his priorities always remained to see people happy. He is still active in their lives even after 24 years. Religion never goes far away from his life. Bob is a graduate from Victory Christian Centers, Victory Bible Institute where he completed the two years Bible Training Program. While attending bible school, he served Hispanic Ministry for one year. Bob and Dana regularly attend the Church on the Move in Tulsa, OK.

Tulsa Deming Study group during its development phase was completely assisted and backed by Bob's innovative thoughts. Tulsa Deming Study group is dedicated to study management techniques of W. Edwards Deming who is considered the father of modern Quality Management techniques. Bob is also honored to represent Tulsa Deming Study group in Washington D.C during Deming Institute meetings that were attended by world renowned consultants and experts on Total Quality Management.

Since 1980, Custom Services has excelled so much in the market that it is now looked upon as a prestigious name when it comes to heating, air conditioning and energy management systems. Since its formation, Bob and Dana have successfully acquired/merged twelve other Heating and Air Conditioning business.
