If you want to be with your ex again and take him from their new relationship then you need to focus and make sure that you are going to be prepared for the worst. Jealousy is something that is more than ugly when you find that your ex is dating someone new, and of course you are going to find that all that you are doing is in no way helping you to stop feeling threatened.

The fact of the matter is that you could end up simply insulting your ex in some cases if you seriously believe that you are going to be able to get them back in any case whatsoever. Some people just believe that there is no way on earth that you are going to get your ex back, and some people absolutely do lack self esteem.

A lot of men don't get jealous as quickly as women do, and many men just think that being jealous is very disgusting and unappealing. Far too many men and women don't know that the best thing that you can possibly do to get your ex back is to just implement the no contact rule because doing this is what is going to help you get them back.
