Fascinating Facts: External Rope Residential Flag Poles
The external halyard (meaning flagpole rope) is one of the more popular type of residential
flag poles sold by flagpole suppliers in the United States of America. This likely because it has been in production for decades. External rope flagpoles are considered the more basic style pole in comparison to some of the other flagpole types that are available in our day.
Every customer has to make a decision as to what length of flag pole they wish to have installed in their front yard or on their patch of grass next to their business. 10 to 25 foot flag poles are considered residential poles. Poles reaching 30+ feet in height will generally feel and be considered commercial. Interestingly, 10 to 25 feet flagpoles for residents are also made available in different sized sections. This pole has its flagpole halyard installed on the inside of the shaft, which means that when lowering or raising your flag, the halyard passed through the inside of the actual flagpole.
