Fashion Jewellery Origin

She hails from Vietnam and was raised in the city of Nha Trang. Contrary to her parents career of business, Fashion Jewellery decided to pursue her talent of being an artist. This is something that was visible even at her tender age. She enjoyed doing things with her hands. Fashion Jewellery gained knowledge of the western world through learning which explains her European designs.

How did it all start?

One time Fashion Jewellery was involved in an accident while skiing. This confined her to bed rest. Due to boredom she decided to play with beads by making fun jewelry out of them using strings. With no past experience she made beautiful jewelry that compelled her to venture in the fashion design world as a jewelry designer.

Her career journey

Jewellery pursued a B.A. degree in business administration in Boston before moving to Los Angeles in 1975 in pursuit of her dream of being a fashion designer. On completing her degree in fashion design, she opened her own shop in Rolling Hills where she sold accessories for women and European designer clothing. In 1996 she started designing her own accessories which gave rise to Fashion Jewellery designs.

Current locations

Fashion Jewellery has her manufacturing factories in India and Vietnam. She however prefers to work with villages since each has a unique setting that inspires a design reflecting them. Her designs therefore are created by many skilled hands and fit in many settings. Her passion of learning about people, their history and their traditions has helped her to full fill the needs of these people. The fact that she works in the villages has enabled her provide employment to numerous people thus enabling them put food on the table.

Her talent is evident in the necklaces, earrings and bracelets she designs. She has pumped a wide range of styles and tastes in these designs. She has been able to design jewelry that suit different occasions. This explains the much prevalence that people accord to her designs.
