Before starting my article I will like to say a few words about health.

I believe that more than often each one of us desire to look naturally beautiful rather than made up. Even after trying on various make-up and beauty tips one ends up with caked up face. So, what is exactly natural look? How to achieve it exactly? Though this might sound complicated but here I will rather give you a few pointers that would simplify the process.
Well natural look is the one that looks natural, close to nature and enhances your outer look. It gives the people impression that your look is sans make up, it makes you look vital and radiant naturally.
Now about achieving natural look, lets start by choosing the right color. Here I would like to suggest that before you go on shopping for the latest color trend for the season's look you must understand what suits you. Keeping in mind your skin tone and your skin type is necessary.
For dusky skin type: Always remember to choose a foundation or a concealer close to your skin tone. Copper/Bronze and metallic colors work well.
For lighter skin type: Though every color goes well but overdoing something would defeat the whole purpose of looking natural. Choose light colors like, mauves, pinks and pastels that would only enhance your beauty rather than override it.
There are different skin types with different needs:
Oily skin: This skin type though prone to acne and pimple is still considered the best. You must ensure to keep your skin oil free and use matt makeup that would stay longer. Avoid oil based makeup that tends to rub off or wears out.
Dry skin: This kind of skin needs to be continuously moisturized. So use a good moisturizer before applying makeup, remember to use oil based makeup that would not only stay longer but also help keep your skin moisturized and radiant.
Normal/Mixed skin: Having this skin type means you can experiment with wide variety of makeup. But you must remember not to over do anything or go overboard with unbalanced makeup. Either go for the matt finish completely or oil based makeup. You have an advantage of carrying both well.
Tips:
Use lighter brush strokes when applying blush.
When applying eyeshadow start by middle then work out on the sides.
Avoid using false eyelashes instead use a volumizing run proof mascara.
When applying lipcolor use your finger to gently fill the color and then blend in with your fingers.
Avoid using eye pencil, you can use a eyebrow brush to enhance your eyebrows naturally.
Apply a very thin line of eyeliner, the color could be well suited to match your eyecolor or use the all time black or brown.
If you accidentally applied more color then use a base color to fix it or use a tissue and gently smudge it over.
I hope these tips would indeed help you achieve your natural look.
