After a lot of complaints were received by Better Business Bureau and other Federal Government agencies regarding low quality penis extenders in the market, investigations were launched. The US Food and Drugs Administration in particular has been in the forefront to ensure that consumers access products that are of accepted quality. It is unfortunate that several complaints are continuing to be received, especially concerning x4 labs penis extender device.

The investigations launched traced the source of the sub standard penis extender devices to FastSize Company, a company that is based in California, which interestingly, is the same company as x4 labs! Only trading as a different entity to confuse consumers. In the course of investigations, the FDA seized over $340,000 worth of FastSize penis extender devices and manufacturing equipments. FDA agents noted that the penis extender devices had not been approved and were simply rebranded. The FDA's action was lawful, as it had obtained the necessary warrant from the California District Court.

The decision to seize FastSize's penis extender devices was not made overnight. The FDA had been conducting regular inspections at the company's premises to ascertain whether they complied with all regulations or not. The company declined to furnish FDA officials with vital documents and information relating to its devices. As the agency mandated to ensure that consumers had access only to products that have been tested and approved, it had no alternative but to seek the court's authority to seize the company's products and manufacturing assets, shutting down the company earlier this summer.

FastSize Company had been promoting its penis extender products as capable of helping men gain long penis and big girth. In addition, the company claimed that its device could cure bent penis disease. Because of these claims, it was necessary for the company to avail its products to FDA for testing and approval, something the company failed to do

Upon shutting down FastSize Company, FDA and other government agencies have now turned their eyes to other companies manufacturing penis extender devices. Presently, the x4 Labs is under investigations by various government agencies including FDA. The FDA has taken the action to investigate x4 labs after noting that the penis enlargement devices that were sold by FastSize were actually x4 labs penis enlargement devices but rebranded. What has been established by investigators so far is that the x4 labs is not FDA approved company. It is highly likely that x4 labs will be shut down also. This is because it has already been established that x4 labs Company is the same as FastSize Company, so buyer be aware and avoid buying x4 labs extender

It is very encouraging to note that the Federal Government through its various responsible agencies are clumping down hard on companies that manufacture and sell sub-standard products to consumers, exposing them to serious health risks. Consumers only hope that these agencies will sustain their campaigns to weed out unscrupulous manufacturers and only retain those companies whose products have been tested, approved and certified safe.
