1. The Big Breakfast
It may sound ironic, but the truth is eating a hearty breakfast will help you in this quest. Breakfast is the most vital meal of the day which many tend to ignore. A well balanced breakfast will lessen your appetite during the day plus you'll also have the entire day to burn the calories of breakfast. A good breakfast should include whole grain cereal mixed with fruits. Blended fruit juices will also do the trick.
2. Small Meals
Stick to 4 or 5 small light meals for the day. In doing so, you are constantly burning the calories in small portions without feeling hungry. It is also good for your digestive system whereby we won't overwork them with a heavy meal.
3. Food To Eat
Sticking to vegetables and fruits will help you lose weight fast. However if you are not an all out vegetarian, you may still want to have a little of lean red meats once or twice a week. Alternatively fish and chicken is also a good choice...but do keep these low.
4. Snacks
Consider low calorie snacks such as apple, strawberries or a bunch of blueberries. They are not only delicious but healthy as well. Remember you don't have to forego snacks.
5. Exercise
Exercise is a definite item in fat loss. You should walk or do light running for at least 30 minutes twice a day. Resistance training should also be incorporated as the gaining of muscles results in faster loss of fats.
6. Water
Being well hydrated will help increase your metabolism and at the same time flush all the unnecessary toxins from your system.
