Get fit with your friends. Even if nobody in your social circle is well versed in fitness you can work together to keep each other on track as you work to improve your health. Working toward fitness with your friends is a lot more fun than working toward fitness all by yourself. It also gives you a group of people who will hold you accountable if you ever try to slack off. Having a friend or person on hand to help keep you focused on what you are trying to do is very helpful. Getting fit and following a fitness routine is a lot easier when you do it with friends.
