Next you can tell a story about your daughter, this is a perfect time to tell her just how proud you are today and so glad about the decision that she and the groom have made, you can also add some jokes in your speech but the first rule to tell jokes is think of you audience first, don't find yourself hurting or offending someone's feeling there with your jokes.
