Marketing solutions of KWAN Entertainment had organized a meet and great sessions

for Total Elf Oil at Hyatt Regency in Mumbai and Pune on Sept 25 and Sept 30. Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor was part of this great event. Distributors and dealers in Mumbai and Pune were targeted by the event managed by KWAN entertainment.

Main motto of organizing this event was to create awareness about Total Elf Oil and get all the dealers and distributors together at one platform. All the distributors had met the necessary sales targeted by them. Most people who were deserved were felicitated at the event and were also presented with motorbike as a token of appreciation.

Sameer Bhaddapurikar-Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications of Tata Oil India mentioned once This is our second event with KWAN Entertainment. In 2010, they had executed a dealer meet across four locations. This was a pitch deal and they were selected on the basis of their concept and execution capabilities.

The entire event was organized in a spectacular way and translated through the theme of WOW- World of Winners which matched with the brands core message. To initialize the event, dealers entered and signed the signature board setup near the entrance. Famous chocolate boy star Shahid Kapoor had also answered certain questions which were put forward by the dealers and distributors. More interesting a mock Kaun Banega Crorepati was played where in people were asked about their likings and dis-likings towards their favorite and other stars.
