1. Make her laugh first before you try anything else.

For most guys, making a woman laugh a little is not that hard to do and once you have accomplished that, then you should dig into flirting with her and doing other things to make her feel attracted to you. Gaining rapport with a woman is a lot more important than just running lines on her, and when you have some rapport with her and then you go into flirting with her in other ways, it has a much different effect on her.

2. Ask her questions that will reveal a little more about her without turning it into an interview.

Of course you should know that you do not want to come off like you are grilling a woman. That is not going to make that great of an impression on her. But, if you can ask a couple of questions here and there that get her to reveal things about her, then you can easily get a better sense of what will eventually win her over.

3. Tease her about the small things, not the big ones.

I once made the mistake of not going into enough detail with someone that I was helping out and when it came time for him to start teasing this woman he was into, he went for a biggie and it backfired. Look, you don't want to tease a woman in a way that is going to burn deep with her. You need to focus on something that is NOT going to bother her one bit.
