If compared to the F430, the new 458 Italia is improved in many mechanical and technical
enhancements, including in its interiors and personalization options.
The standard seats, for example, feature hand stitched, natural, full-grain open-work leather, matching stitching, body color upholstered shell, magnesium backrest structure "" fixed headrest, manual fore-aft and backrest adjustment. The characteristics distinguishing the racing seats are: a more support and less weight, manual fore-aft adjustment, availability in three sizes, all-carbon fiber structure, upholstery in leather/leather (standard) or leather/Alcantara (personalized version) and a mechanical seat tilt mechanism for garage use (personalized versions).
Exterior and Color Areas
In addition to the sixteen standard colors, Carrozzeria Scaglietti gives the opportunity to future Ferrari 458 Italia owners to personalize the exterior paintwork in one of the ten colors of the "Colori Anni "50-"60" palette: ivory, vinaccia, Scozia blue, met light blue, medium grey, green, met Avio, Ferro met grey, met sky-blue and dark grey. As an alternative to the standard colors, the 458 Italia can also be ordered in one of the "off-catalogue colors" palette: Barchetta Fer red, Monaco Light Bleu, Swaters Blue, Gunmetal Grey, Dino Red, Fiorano Fer Red, Nart Blue, California Light Blue, Zeltweg Green, British Racing Green, Le Mans Fer Blue, Micalised Ruby.

The Ferrari 458 Italia comes as standard with 20" cast wheel rims lending the vehicle a touch of sportiness and elegance. As an alternative, the vehicle may be requested with an optional painted forged wheel rim with an even sportier design. The wheel rim measures 20 inches in diameter, features a five spoke design and is painted in gunmetal grey.
"Scuderia Ferrari" Shield (LOGO)
In line with Ferrari tradition, the classic "Scuderia Ferrari" shields may be applied to the front fenders of the new Ferrari 458 Italia.
Colored Brake Calipers
The Ferrari 458 Italia is equipped as standard with gloss black brake calipers that can be ordered in different colors to suit the owner personal preferences. The colors available are: Corsa Red, Scuderia Red, Modena Yellow, and Aluminum Silver.

The steering wheel of the 458 Italia can be personalized by selecting a standard palette leather color. Off-catalog colors cannot be specified for airbag even as a special trim option.

The rev counter backing is now available as a standard in red, yellow or white, as an alternative to black.
