Fight To Win Or Don't Bother

I have never been much of fighter

I have never been much of fighter. Some guys are. It is a blend of genetics, circumstances, environment that you grow up in and of course much more. I have always felt the best fight is the one is the one you are not in. Just not the way to solve a problem for me. For some more aggressive types it is the only way.

Having said that, if you are going to be in a fight, planned or other wise the best way to do it is to fight to win, otherwise don't bother.

Most folks would not choose to get their butts kicked. They would want to learn how to defend themselves and their loved ones.

To my humble way of thinking everyone should take a self defense course as part of a self defense strategy even starting in grade school. Like anything else the principles, once learned and practiced, will last a lifetime.
