Finally got an error resolved and was able to upload videos on the web!

When I see anything worth capturing on film, I use my handycam and upload the video on the Internet. I like to share what I feel is beautiful and worth sharing with family and friends. Recently, I had gone on a picnic to the beach and had captured some amazing and fun-filled videos. In 20 minutes, the technician was done and then he told me to check if I could continue uploading videos now. I quickly ran a check and tried uploading the videos I couldn't earlier. It was loading even faster than before! I had a wonderful first time experience with online tech support and will not hesitate to do it again. It works for me!
