What happens when a boy brand breaks up and returns as a man band? If New Kids on
the Block are any indication, they get all of their fans back, and then some. Dressing like
business analysts (at least in their publicity shots) and crooning out the sweet nothings of
sweet desire, the Kids are literally hanging tough, still making the youngsters swoon and

5. Elton John
Elton John isn't so much from the 80's as he is from after World War II. But his list of
hits runs through the 80's up to the current time. Perhaps the most public singer of our
era, there isn't much to say about his music that hasn't been said. Just make sure to get
your tickets early so you can actually see the stage. Sir Elton has lots of fans, and he'll be
pleasing them in Germany with a series of concerts in June 2011.
