These are the things that buyers are really looking for, not just the particular house itself. They are looking for the things that will add to their lives in a way that works for their lifestyles, their budgets and their basic beliefs. That's what I mean when I suggest that you give serious thought to why you bought the house in the first place because when you discover those unseen but very important features of your home you will be better prepared to write about them.

The greatest of all the selling home tips I can provide is to first, see your home the way a new buyer will see it, and second, describe it exactly that way in classified ads you post online yourself. Don't leave this important task to your real estate agent. Do it yourself, because you are the only one who knows all the great details about the home and the neighborhood, all the seen and unseen reasons why the next buyers are going to be excited to find just the home they have been looking for and now they have found!
