Surfing is a great way to get in your daily quota of exercise that every person should engage in and enjoy what you are doing at the same time. You start off by lying down on your board and paddling with your hands towards that wave. As you feel the wave underneath you, you should quickly jump up so that you are on both feet, with them placed squarely in the center of the surfboard.
