For this reason, you have to take into consideration if its worth it, and if you are going to get the return on the investment. So, considering the location, how much rooms will be per night, and where the property is situated, are all things to contemplate.

You will find that the more family friendly, luxurious, or targeting any one specific niche of individuals a hotel is, the better concept you can get of its success or failure in a given area, by comparing the figures of other similarly situated hotels in the area.

As an investor, you have to take the time and research everything if you want to succeed.
