My sister is all agog with the upcoming ballet recitals of her two daughters next week. I'm a witness to how serious my sister is in training her daughters to improve and make perfect their dance numbers for their ballet recitals. These last few days, she's been making them practice for hours until the kids complained of hunger and fatigue. My sister would let them have their break, feed them the snacks she prepared, let them relax and flex their tired feet, and then resume the practice after half an hour.

I would've scolded my sister for abusing her daughters but I could see the dedication in my nieces. Although they complained of getting hungry and tired, they would still readily bounce back on their feet and continue with their practice once their 30-minute break was over. At their young age, they seem to know the value of how practice makes perfect. They are such dedicated dancers, and they've earned my unrelenting admiration for that.
