Finding a bed & breakfast in Buenos Aires is easy. However, finding a good bed & breakfast in Buenos Aires is not equally easy to do. That's why I decided to write this short guide to make the whole process easier for others who have been in my situation.
The first thing I like to do is check the hotel search and booking engines. You probably know which ones I'm talking about, hotels.com, expedia.com, kayak.com or orbitz.com. Those sites should be able to help you out quite a bit in your search. I have used them many times with success but of course you wont always find something.
Another thing you can do is get yourself a copy of the Lonely Planet. No matter where I am traveling I always bring a copy of the Lonely Planet to make it easier for yourself. I have a copy of Lonely Planet Buenos Aires myself and they have lots of good tips. Not only for bed and breakfast in Buenos Aires but also for restaurants, sights, transportation, activities and so much more. What you do is up to you but if you don't feel like spending money on guidebooks you can get around it. What you simply do is go to lonelyplanet.com and find your bed & breakfast from there. All the hotels and bed and breakfasts that Lonely Planet reviews will be on the webpage as well. Sometimes you will even be able to make a booking.
If all else fails, just type in "bed and breakfast buenos aires" in Google and see what comes up. Do your due dilligence though because you never know who you are dealing with. Buenos Aires and Argentina is great so I really hope you take the time to make the trip! You won't regret it.
