So if you are a hotel, you have to have your information out there on the web for men and women to find you. You have to have your information out in the open, so that it's easy to find and is organized in a way that is user friendly.

Nothing is worse than going to a website to get some information on a hotel and finding out that there is no useful information on the website except for the phone number. Then you have to call and ask all of the questions that you should have been able to find with a few clicks of a mouse. This is a waste of time and can actually make the potential customer have second thoughts about even contacting the hotel in question.

You want the information to be there, at the click of a mouse, basically at the potential customers fingertips. You want it to be accessible in a way that doesn't cause that potential client to go elsewhere to find out the answers to the questions that they may have. Sure, you want them to call you if needed, but you don't want to force them to make extra steps that aren't necessary.
