Every September, parents around the country get that anxious feeling as the start

of a new term looms and they are forced to head into town and start choosing a new school uniform in preparation for the day that their children go back to school. Amazed at your son or daughter"s new found legal skills "" and the further development of their uncanny ability to argue their way onto your credit card "" you reluctantly acquiesce and agree to buy them one of those One Direction lunch bags they have been pestering you about for weeks.

However, even if you do agree that an impending social crisis can be avoided by the mysterious power of One Direction lunch bags, it does not mean that you have to traipse through the town to get one. The rise in internet shopping has led to the creation of a wide number of school shops, as well as many other internet stores, providing everything from an Arsenal pencil case, to a Barbie fluorescent pen. This has meant that busy parents can complete most back to school shopping armed with nothing more than a computer credit card and compulsory glass of Bordeaux. If you need to find an entire school uniform you can do so at the touch of a button and all without getting so near as a town High Street. Most purchases can be easily retuned if they do not fit or are not correct and you will certainly have a lot more choice than you would by walking into your local shopping centre.

Of course, when shopping online, you do need to be careful of unscrupulous stores, so take the time to check that they are bona fide before parting with your card details.
