Finding The Perfect Winter Jacket

The inclement weather in Great Britain really necessitates an all year round wardrobe

. It seems hardly worthwhile consigning winter outer wear in particular to an upper shelf or cupboard in the hope that by April you wont need it for several months to come. People talk often about layering clothes so that you can easily change from one temperature to the next but this isnt so easy to negotiate when you are bundled up in layers of woollies and the sun decides to peek out from behind hitherto dark clouds. It can be exhausting to have to peel off layers like mad and where on earth do you put all that clobber? No sooner have you got yourself organised and feeling like your body thermometer is set at a relatively even temperature, when the clouds darken, the winds pick up and the rain pelts down.

Now, youre really in trouble because by the time youve layered back up, youre soaked to the skin and looking a bit foolish. All you wanted to do was take the dog for a nice romp in the local park, not scale Everest. Wear a good designer jacket and forget the layers.
